![]() ![]() ![]() It barely resembles the old iTunes of yore - almost a completely different application entirely. This all smells very Windows-like, which Apple has started to resemble more an more in terms of unintuitiveness. Why is Apple so bloody secretive about what is in my iCloud? I like, TOTALLY don't trust it since it seems that Apple really doesn't want me to see everything that is in my iCloud, or iTunes, for that matter. I backed up the iPad in iTunes just to be safe, but even there I can see no trace of anything that I "backed up" anywhere in iTunes. Is it because I'm accessing iCloud from my laptop instead of my iPad? Whay are they so cagey about this? They must be there somewhere, but for the life of me, I can't see where. In fact, there's nothing there that looks like it came form my iPad. is not there, nor are any of my Japanese apps. But all the miscellaneous apps, inclucing XBMC with 1Channel, Navi-X etc. The Kindle stuff I'm not worried about - I know I can just re-download them from Amazon. I have a Kindle reader app, XBMC, several Japanese-learning apps and about a 50-book Kindle library. However, it shows none of the apps that are on my iPad. Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Reminders, Find my iPhone, and iWork, none of which I need. If I go to my iCloud account using my MacBook Pro, it shows that only the folling items are in my iCloud: ![]() I used the iCloud, as instructed, to back up the iPad, so when I get my new iPad Mini, I can just download the stuff from my old iPad from iCloud.īut so far, I can't see what has been backed up. I'm pretty sure others have had this issue. ![]()
